Please choose carefully as we do not refund, exchange or offer a store credit for change of mind or incorrect selection. 

If P&RSTYLING determines there is a valid claim, We will offer you a store credit, exchange or replacement for the purchased product excluding shipping costs.

If an exchange, replacement or store credit is relevant & approved this will be processed within 3-5 working days. 

Pre-order policy:

understanding that pre-orders are not expected with an exact ETA date until further notice. Please understand all Pre-orders are not refundable for delays out of our control. 

Warranty: 12 month warranty 
This Warranty covers the replacement, repair or store credit of any product that has a manufacturing or material defect that is not the result of normal wear and tear, or a natural characteristic of the material used.
